cfplot.vloc(xvec=None, yvec=None, lons=None, lats=None)

vloc is used to locate the positions of a set of points in a vector

xvec=None - data longitudes

yvec=None - data latitudes

lons=None - required longitude positions

lats=None - required latitude positions

Returns:

locations of user points in the longitude and latitude points
